Shipping
We ship Australia-wide and internationally via Australia Post. All orders are dispatched from our Melbourne HQ.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $12 AUD for domestic orders and $30 AUD for international orders. For US customers, shipping rates may vary depending on order value due to tariff charges.
Please note: any duties or import taxes are not included in your order and remain the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping to Canada is currently paused due to ongoing postal disruptions. Updates to come.
Processing & Delivery
Please allow up to 4 business days for order processing.
Once shipped, estimated delivery timeframes are:

Delivery timeframes are provided by Australia Post and may vary. We are not responsible for delays once your order has been dispatched.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to additional duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival. These are not included in your purchase and must be covered by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Once your parcel has been delivered and proof of delivery is confirmed, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your order is missing, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
If your item arrives damaged, please email hello@maimaiwear.com.au within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and photos of the damage.
Returns policy
Returns & Exchanges
All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Once dispatched, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments.
We accept returns or exchanges within 4 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition.
For change-of-mind, we offer store credit only. We do not provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
International duties and import taxes are not included and remain the responsibility of the customer.
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe so we can assess and resolve the issue. In line with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for major faults.
